Sustainability Transformation Guide:

A 5-Step Framework to

Sustainable Value Creation

Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations, societal challenges, the climate crisis, and changing customer and investor expectations have driven companies to accelerate their ESG and sustainability efforts.

At Salesforce, we work with over 150,000 companies worldwide. Using insights from our most sustainability mature customers,  we've created the Sustainability Transformation Framework — a method to unify sustainability efforts across the enterprise and connect sustainability to corporate strategy for long-term value creation.

In this sustainability transformation guide, we'll dive into the five stages of the framework, including which stakeholders, business drivers, and data systems are key at each stage.
